Every Medivh Shop order ships from a US warehouse within 1–2 business days and arrives in 3–8 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email and text as soon as it leaves the warehouse. Shipping is free on orders over $35; otherwise it's $4.95.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you're not happy with your order for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll refund you or send a replacement — your choice. Items should be unused and in their original packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or wrong item?

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll ship a replacement immediately, with no need to return the original.

How to start a return

Email support@medivh.shop with your order number. We reply within 24 hours on business days, and refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
